At KOTS FISH, quality comes before speed. We carefully source, select, and pack seafood according to availability and strict quality standards.
We take approximately 7–10 days from order confirmation to delivery to source the right catch, complete quality checks, prepare the order, and coordinate delivery. This is an estimated timeline, not a guaranteed timeframe, and is subject to seasonal availability and delivery conditions.
We will communicate any material delays or significant changes to the expected delivery date. We do not knowingly substitute a different species or materially change a confirmed box without the customer’s prior approval.
2. Delivery Locations
We aim to serve customers across Pakistan where reliable seafood transport and suitable temperature control can be arranged.
Karachi is our initial priority market. Delivery to other cities (including Lahore, Islamabad, and other major urban centres) is subject to serviceability and confirmation at the time of ordering.
Please confirm your full delivery address before payment. We will not dispatch an order to a location where we cannot reasonably support the required transport conditions. Remote areas and locations without suitable temperature-controlled handling may be excluded.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed. Charges may vary according to destination, package size, and the transport method required.
4. Packaging & Temperature Control
Orders are packed using insulated packaging together with ice or other suitable cooling materials selected for the shipment.
Our packaging is designed to help maintain appropriate temperature conditions for up to 24 hours under specified conditions. Actual performance depends on the type of seafood, packing method, ambient temperature, handling, and transit conditions. This is not a guarantee that the seafood will remain safe regardless of delay or temperature exposure.
5. Traceability
Each eligible box is assigned a unique serial number linked to a corresponding packing verification video. This supports order verification and packing traceability. It does not replace food-safety testing or guarantee product condition during transit.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the agreed address and time.
Upon receipt:
- Inspect the packaging and seal immediately
- Match the serial number to your order details
- Review the supplied packing verification video
- Check the condition of the contents
- Refrigerate or freeze the seafood promptly according to the storage instructions provided
Do not rely on appearance or smell alone to determine food safety.
7. Delays and Unsuccessful Delivery
Weather, transport disruption, seasonal sourcing, and other circumstances may affect delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to discuss the revised delivery estimate and available options.
If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges or alternative arrangements may apply where previously disclosed and lawful.
If a product arrives compromised due to delay or temperature exposure, contact us promptly — we will assess the situation and will not disregard valid customer remedies.
